How to Access AI-Powered Event Descriptions

  1. Log in as a superadmin.
  2. Navigate to the Events section from the sidebar.
  3. Open or create an Event or Event Group.
  4. Locate the AI-powered text field for Event Group description, Event description, or Event Short Description
  5. Click either the “Ask AI” or “AI shortcuts” button. The AI will produce a clear, engaging event description.
    1. Ask AI: Enter a prompt or key details about your event in the AI input.
    2. AI Shortcuts: a set of tools to enhance pre-written descriptions
  6. Review and edit the AI-generated description as needed.
  7. Save the event with the new description.

How to Generate AI Images for Your Event

  1. While editing an Event or Event Group, find the image upload section.
  2. Click the Generate button.
  3. Provide a prompt describing the image you want AI to create (e.g., "children playing STEM games outside").
  4. Submit the prompt by clicking Generate
  5. Review and approve the generated image or retry to regenerate an image.
  6. Save the event with the AI-generated image.
