Discover how to create, manage, and assign custom forms to events, and configure workflows for event and Kindertales forms.

Creating Custom Event Forms

  1. Log in as a superadmin.
  2. Navigate to the dedicated "Forms" tab in the Events administration panel.
  3. Click "Create Form".
  4. Use the form builder to add fields relevant to your program.
  5. Save the form with a clear and descriptive name.

Assigning Forms to Specific Events

  1. Open the Event you want to assign a form to.
  2. Locate the "Assigned Event Form" dropdown.
  3. Select the required custom form from the list.
  4. Save the event settings.
  5. Assigned forms will be required to be completed by parents after purchase for that event.

Configuring Forms Workflow

  1. Navigate to Event Settings > Event Forms vs KT Forms.
  2. Choose whether parents complete Event Forms or Kindertales Forms.
  3. This setting configures messaging to guide parents to the appropriate forms.
  4. Save your workflow configurations.

Additional Notes

  • Only one form can be assigned to an event.
  • Forms show completion status and completed date on Family Profiles > To Do section.
