With great power comes a lot of reports and analytics. This article explains how reports are organized in Kindertales, and what you can expect from each section on our Analytics page.

The Analytics page in Kindertales consists of various "sections": groups of reports that may be simple, complex, highly advanced, or simply focused on a specific feature or add-on.

Core Analytics

This section is the heart of your daily operational reporting. It contains the essential data you need for managing day-to-day enrollment, financials, student records, and staff activities. Core Analytics reports often help summarize and make sense of specific datasets, such as staff hours, meal histories, and payouts.

Advanced Analytics

This section houses reports that go deeper than reports in Core Analytics, often marrying multiple datasets. Use these reports when you need to look beyond daily operations for a more strategic view of your performance.

Enterprise Insights

Designed for complex, sophisticated, multi-center organizations, this section contains reports that help corporate/head office staff stay abreast of what's happening across all of their locations at a high level. Reports in Enterprise Insights are often partially- or fully-customized to your unique business.
