How to Review a Child’s Health Check History

Efficiently track a child's Health Check history

1. Navigate to the profile for any child by typing their name in the top search bar or by going to the enrollment section in the main menu
2. Click on Forms and Reports and select Health Check
3. Health check entries will be listed. Click on one to review it in greater detail and make changes.
