Social Logins

As of November 2025, Kindertales allows users to log in using their Google or Microsoft accounts. This feature simplifies the login process, but it’s important to note that you cannot sign up for a new account using these social logins.

How to Log In with Social Accounts

  1. Go to the Login Screen: Open the Kindertales app or website and navigate to the login screen.
  2. Select Your Social Login: Choose either the Google or Microsoft login option.
  3. Authenticate Your Account: Enter your credentials for the selected social account.
  4. Email Matching Requirement: Ensure that the email address used for your Google or Microsoft account matches the email associated with your existing Kindertales account. If they don’t match, you won’t be able to log in.

Important Reminders

  • No New Account Sign-Up: You cannot create a new Kindertales account using social logins.
  • Security: Make sure your social account is secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication.
