What To Do Before Creating a Center Tour
Before you create events (center tours) in your Kindertales CRM+ account, there are a few things you need to consider and set up.
- Choose the Right Location
- Decide which Location events should be hosted in and which Locations attendees should be added to (if different).

- Booking Calendar: Adds new Leads to both your account and the Booking Calendar Location.
- Location Type
- Settings > Location > Description Tab > Location Type
- Determines which Event Types appear in your calendar settings.
- Event Reminders
- Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
- Configure:
- Reminder times
- Reminder method (Email / SMS)
- Attendance Actions / Interaction
- Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
- Configure
- RSVP Page Format
- Attendance Confirmation Notification
- Email / SMS Attendance Summary
- Calendar Timezone
- Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
- Calendar Design CSS field
- Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
- Event Locations
- Settings > Calendar > Event Types
- Define and manage the locations where events will take place.
- Event Types
- Settings > Calendar > Event Types
- Create custom Event Types
- Set default options for Event Type, including:
- Default time
- Default location
- Who receives reminders
