What To Do Before Creating a Center Tour

Before you create events (center tours) in your Kindertales CRM+ account, there are a few things you need to consider and set up. 

  1. Choose the Right Location
    1. Decide which Location events should be hosted in and which Locations attendees should be added to (if different).
    1. Booking Calendar: Adds new Leads to both your account and the Booking Calendar Location.
  1. Location Type
    1. Settings > Location > Description Tab > Location Type
    2. Determines which Event Types appear in your calendar settings.
  2. Event Reminders
    1. Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
    2.  Configure:
      • Reminder times
      • Reminder method (Email / SMS)
  3. Attendance Actions / Interaction
    1. Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
    2. Configure
      • RSVP Page Format
      • Attendance Confirmation Notification
      • Email / SMS Attendance Summary
  4. Calendar Timezone
    1. Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
  5. Calendar Design CSS field
    1. Settings > Location > Event Options Tab
  6. Event Locations
    1. Settings > Calendar > Event Types
    2. Define and manage the locations where events will take place.
  7. Event Types
    1. Settings > Calendar > Event Types
    2. Create custom Event Types
    3. Set default options for Event Type, including:
      • Default time
      • Default location
      • Who receives reminders
