Learn how to active your enrollment forms in the forms settings section of Kindertales
- Click on "Settings" in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the "Forms" tab.
- Under the "Default Forms" title, you will see 4 columns:
- Form Enabled – Check the box in this column if you would like to make this form that must be completed in your enrollment process
- Teacher Access – Check the box in this column if you would like your staff to be able to access this form on the classroom app
- Parent Access – Check the box in this column if you would like your parents to have access to this form, but it is not mandatory to complete
- Update Alerts – Check the box in this column if you would like a notification to be sent to your dashboard whenever a family member makes a change to this form
- Toggle the on/off "Lock Default Forms for All button to enable the settings on this page for all locations
Kindertales Tips
- Please note that the "Enrollment Form" is a required form that must be completed for all children in order for certain features to work correctly within the application.
- Kindertales recognizes that your center will have it’s own version of an "Enrollment Form". To prevent families from answering the same questions twice, we recommend that you compare our form to yours. Any duplicate questions that you identify can be removed from your form. If there is still information you require, you can create a custom form titled "Additional Enrollment Information" where these questions can be asked.
- In order for your parents to access your uploaded handbook, you must enable the custom "Handbook Acknowledgement Form". By activating this form, your parents will be able to download your handbook and acknowledge that they have read it.
