Add a Subsidy as a Payer

Effortlessly add a subsidy as a payer in Kindertales and streamline your billing process

Go to a child's profile.
Select the Programs & Billing tab.
Select the Programs tab.
Select Edit Arrangement on the bottom right
Select Add Payer on the bottom right
Select Subsidy
Apply the Amount
Edit the amount owed by the primary payer to reflect the deduction that the subsidy is covering
Select Update the Program
