One location for all your billing needs
Quickly see a dashboard of your Total Paid, Outstanding Balances, and Revenue Projections for a specific time period. The Project Revenue number will be for the month selected and allows you the ability to select past, present, or future months.
Quickly view total amounts for all charges, credits, discounts, and refunds for the selected time period. Collected Amounts breaks out the dollars collected by the fee type and allows you to drill down into those details by right clicking on the box and selecting "Drill Through".
Keeping up with payment methods is made simple by listing payers of active children without a payment method associated with their account. The Expiring Soon table will list payers who have a payment method that is about to expire or already has.
