Communicate With Family in Inquiry Manager / CRM
CRM Communication Management: Learn how to effectively communicate with families through the CRM
- Go to CRM
- Select the child from your Inquiry or Waitlist
- When the child’s information expands, scroll down to the dark blue box called Communication
- From here you can email back and forth with the family by clicking the Reply button or record details of your phone calls/texts by clicking the Add Private Note button. All communication will remain here until the time of enrollment.
