Communicate With Family in Inquiry Manager / CRM

CRM Communication Management: Learn how to effectively communicate with families through the CRM

  1. Go to CRM
  2. Select the child from your Inquiry or Waitlist
  3. When the child’s information expands, scroll down to the dark blue box called Communication
  4. From here you can email back and forth with the family by clicking the Reply button or record details of your phone calls/texts by clicking the Add Private Note button. All communication will remain here until the time of enrollment.
