Configuring Accepted Payment Methods

Learn how to configure accepted payment methods in the billing settings section of Kindertales

  1. Go to "Settings" in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the "Billing" tab.
  3. Click on the "Payment Methods" tab.
  4. Accepted Payment Method List:
    • 4a. To remove an accepted payment method that already exists on the list:
      • Click the "Stylus icon " next to the method that you would like to remove.
      • Click the "Garbage icon ".
      • Click OK to confirm you would like to delete this method.
    • 4b. To add an accepted payment method that is not on the list:
      • Add accepted payment method in the blank field at the bottom of the existing list.
      • Click the "Checkmark ".
  5. Toggle on/off  "Lock Methods for All Locations" depending on if you want all locations at your organization to use these settings or allow each location to set their own payment methods.
