Configuring Accepted Payment Schedules

Manage payment methods and schedules in the Kindertales billing settings. Set accepted schedules, control location preferences, and enable staff to toggle autopay settings for efficient billing management.

  1. Go to Settings in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Click on the Payment Methods tab
  4. Identify all accepted payment schedule(s) that your center offers by clicking the checkbox beside it
  5. Toggle on/off  Lock Schedules for All Locations depending on if you want all locations at your organization to use these settings or allow each location to set their own payment method schedules
  6. Toggle on/off Allow Staff Autopay Toggling – turning this On will allow staff to toggle a payer’s autopay settings from the child’s billing dashboard
