Account Activation Guide: troubleshooting and support tips for new users
Please note that it is your daycare center's responsibility to create your Kindertales account and send you an activation email.
- Your activation email will come from no-reply@app.kindertales.com
- Your activation email subject line will be "Welcome to Kindertales"
- Check your spam folder for your activation email if you don't see it
- Your username is your email address
- Try the Forgot Password button with your email address to see if your Kindertales account has already been created.
- Please contact your daycare center directly to resend your activation email
