Forecast Into Future Dates to See Available Space in Rooms

Discover how to efficiently manage childcare enrollment and capacity tracking in Kindertales. Gain insights into children's schedules and available space.

1. Select Enrollment from the left menu
2. Select Enrollment Manager
3. Filter the program and/or room and desired week of view
   
4. It will provide a detailed list of all children in that program and/or room, their individual schedules through that week, and your total enrollment vs capacity. You can scroll down to see a summary of the total enrollments in that program and/or room week by week into the future to know when you have available space, scheduled moves, and graduations so you can keep your classrooms full.
