How to Add a CRM Entry to the Waitlist

Streamline enrollment with CRM: Add a child to the waitlist by selecting program, room, and schedule, and trigger an automated confirmation email.

  1. Go to CRM
  2. Select the child from your Inquiry List
  3. When the child’s information expands, move to the green box on the right called Application and Waitlist Management
  4. From the drop-down menus provided, select the Program, Room, and Schedule that the child is waiting for and add any necessary notes.
  5. Select Add to Waitlist. This will prompt Kindertales to send an automated confirmation email to the family that can be seen in the Communication section of the child’s inquiry and the child will be added to the waitlist.
