How to Add Your Bank Account to Receive Settlements

Streamline online payment collection. Follow these steps to set up your bank account for easy, secure settlements

  1. Click on Settings in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Billing and then Online Billing.
  3. Toggle the switch ON to accept online payments

  4. Under the Accepted Payment Methods section, toggle ON which methods of payment you will accept
  5. Fill out the Secure Receivables Account Setup form and send your required billing documents to your Success Coach.
  6. Click Submit Application
  7. You will know your application has been approved when the Account Verification Status bar is Green and says Account Application Complete

  8. Once you have been approved, you’ll be able to fill out the greyed area with your bank account
    1. You can either sign in to your online banking to verify your account (this is Stripe’s Plaid tool)
    2. or wait for Stripe to deposit two micro-deposits into your account (this is how to manually add your account)
