How to Embed Your CRM Inquiry or Application Forms in Your Web Site

Select Settings
Select CRM
Select Embed Settings
Select Inquiry Form or Application Form depending on which you want to embed on your website
From the Application Form Customization Options select Generate
Afterward, scroll down to the Embed Application/Inquiry Form section and provide the code there to your website technician.
Once code is embedded, families will be able to directly access the form on your website and all completed forms will automatically be shown in the inquiry manager.
