How to Enroll a Child From the CRM

This guide will show you how to enroll an entry from the CRM into a full Kindertales profile

  1. Select CRM in the main menu or use the top of page search to locate the CRM entry you wish to enroll
  2. Expand the CRM record and change the stage to Enrolled or click the Plus Button in the Enroll column on the Inquiry list
  3. Provide the required details regarding the enrollment and click Submit
  4. You will be taken to the New Profile page and the information excluding gender will already be populated for you. Make any required adjustments and click Create Account
