How to Get a Direct Link to Your Inquiry and Application Forms

Get Direct Form Link: Learn how to access and share the direct link for your CRM inquiry or application form

1. Select Settings
2. Select CRM
3. Select Embed Settings
4. Select Inquiry Form or Application Form depending on which direct link you wish to copy
   
   
   
   
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Direct Link section
6. Select Copy URL
   
   
   
   
7. The links you copy can then be provided to families or put on social media platforms for easy access
