From the CRM+ Dashboard, navigate to Leads > View CRM > Children
When a new Lead has been engaged and there's a two-way communication established between your center and the family, drag their card into the Engaged stage
Once you've scheduled a tour with the family, drag their card into the Tour Scheduled stage
Depending on their tour status, it is important to drag their card into either the Tour Incomplete or Tour Complete stage
Leads become Closed Won if a family decides to enroll in your center or moves into Closed Lost if the family decides to enroll in a different center
Both Closed Won and Closed Lost stages will prompt for an Outcome Reason
