How to Reassign Lead Ownership in CRM+

Reassigning Lead Ownership

  1. Select a Lead: Choose the lead for which you want to reassign ownership. Click on the lead's name to access the lead management section.

  2. Change Owner Dropdown: In the lead management section, locate the owner information. Click on the dropdown option next to the current owner's name.

  3. Select New Owner: From the dropdown list, select the name of the new owner to whom you want to reassign the lead.

  4. Confirmation Dialogue Box: A dialogue box will appear, notifying you that this change will apply to the lead across all locations. Confirm the change by clicking "OK."

  5. Ownership Reassigned: With the confirmation, the ownership of the lead will be properly reassigned to the selected individual.
