How to Reassign To Do List Items in CRM+

Accessing CRM+ To-Do List

  1. Navigate to CRM+ Homepage: Start by accessing the CRM+ homepage within Kindertales.

  2. Locate To-Do List: On the left side of the CRM+ homepage, you'll find the to-do list. It serves as a convenient overview of your pending tasks.

Reassigning To-Do List Items

  1. View To-Do List: Identify the to-do list items you want to reassign. Click on an item to view details.

  2. Access Task Details: By clicking on the item, you'll be directed to the task details page.

  3. Click Edit: To reassign the task, click on the Edit option at the top of the task details page.

  4. Assigned To Dropdown Menu: In the edit mode, locate the Assigned To dropdown menu. Select the individual to whom you want to reassign the task.

  5. Save Changes: After selecting the new assignee, click the Save button at the top or bottom of the page to confirm the reassignment.
