How to Record Daily Activities

Efficiently record daily activities like food, drink, my day events, diaper changes and more

Overview

In this walkthrough, we will demonstrate how to log a daily activity for a child or group of children using the Kindertales for Classrooms app.

Kindertales includes many types of daily activities, in this example we’ll show you how to record a Drink activity. To record another type of activity just make a different selection when on the Daily Activity menu.

Steps

  1. From the Classroom screen select the child you wish to record a Daily Activity for
  2. Tap on the Action Menu > Daily Activity
  3. Select the Daily Activity type you would like to record for the child. In this example we’ll select Drink
  4. Each Daily Activity type has a unique form to complete. My Day even allows you to swipe right and add up to 5 photos in one go! Complete the form and click Submit. You will be prompted to record another activity or return to the classroom.

As of April 2024, when a user deletes a photo from a My Day or Milestone submission, that photo is also removed from the Event Feed notification.
