      How to Schedule a Tour for a CRM Entry

      Scheduling tours with CRM: Easily book and confirm tours for prospective families with Kindertales

      1. Go to CRM
      2. Select the CRM entry you wish to schedule a tour for.
      3. When the child’s information expands, scroll down to the orange box on the right called Book A Tour
      4. From the drop-down menus provided, select the program of interest and date of the scheduled tour.
      5. Save

        This will prompt Kindertales to send an automated confirmation email to the family that can be seen in the Communication section of the child’s inquiry

      6. Once the tour has been completed you can record who gave the tour and record any necessary notes.
