A guide to accessing and using the Admin Tab in settings

Introduction
Settings are accessed by clicking the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Please note that only super admins, admins, and directors can access settings. This section serves as the command center for controlling various features and functions within the Kindertales app.
Company Information Tab
The first tab within the admin settings is the Company Information tab. Here, you'll input essential details about your daycare center. This includes information such as your business address, contact details, and company logo. The information provided here will appear on tax receipts, email signatures, and the Kindertales login page. The email address defined here will serve as the primary point of contact for important Kindertales communications.
Account Tab
In addition to company information, the Admin tab also contains Account and Location Management options. You can find the Account tab by hovering over Admin. The Account page is divided into three tabs:

Account History: This tab displays your subscription fee and billing history. You can use this page to print invoices from Kindertales.

Payout History: Here you'll find a list of all payouts received from families.

Payment Method: In this tab, your company can securely add credit card information to pay monthly SaaS (software as a service) fees to Kindertales.
Location Management Tab
The final option within the Admin tab is Location Management. For organizations with multiple locations, this page allows for easy addition of new locations to your Kindertales account. Simply click the Add Location button and fill out the necessary information.
By navigating through and completing the information in the Admin tab in settings, you can ensure that your Kindertales account is configured correctly and equipped with all the necessary information for smooth operations.
