- Families begin by filling out your Inquiry Form (typically embedded in your website)

- If you have multiple locations, families are able to select which location(s) for which they are interested. CRM+ makes sure not to create duplicates for each location.
- Upon submission, new inquiries appear in the CRM+ New Lead Journey Pipeline. Find it by navigating to CRM > CRM+ > Leads > View CRM > Children
- The new inquiry is automatically placed into the New Lead stage
