How to Book a Tour

  1. Start in the CRM+ Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Calendar > Booking
  3. Click the Make this booking calendar available link at the bottom
  4. Click the time slot the family desires
  5. Select a time slot and enter the family's name / email
  6. Enter the captcha and click Book A Tour
  7. The family will receive a confirmation email and the tour appears on your calendar in CRM+
  8. When booking a tour it is critical that you move this Lead's card to the Tour Scheduled stage
