Instructions for enrolling children into Kindertales efficiently

Kindertales simplifies this essential process, offering two effective options to integrate child profiles into your system seamlessly. Each method ensures that the children’s information is accurately recorded and that your center's operations can proceed with ease and precision. Whether you're transitioning to a digital system or updating existing records, Kindertales streamlines enrollment, paving the way for a successful educational experience for children, peace of mind for parents, and a well-organized framework for your center.
Option 1: Import Template Usage

Accessing the Template:
- If you prefer Google Sheets
- If you prefer Microsoft Excel

Completing the Template:
- Fill out the template with attention to detail. Remember to use the mm/dd/yyyy format for dates and select from "Male", "Female", or "Other" for gender.

Template Submission:
- Once you’ve entered all necessary data, download the template in .xlsx format and submit it back to Kindertales.

Internal Processing:
- Send your import template back to your Customer Success Coach. Our team will employ an internal tool to process the information and enroll all the children into the Kindertales system.

Finalizing Enrollment:
- After import, your center will enroll each child into their respective programs. It's helpful to set a consistent first billing charge date for all to make your first billing cycle easier.
Option 2: Application Forms

Setting Up Forms:
- Configure your application forms within Kindertales for parents to complete. This can be integrated into your center’s website or sent directly to parents.

- As families fill out these forms, you’ll gather updated and accurate information directly from the source.
